On September 10, 2024, former president Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris had a fierce debate over various topics such as abortion, the economy, immigration, foreign policy, and more. 

The debate showcased the stark differences in policies and ideologies between the two candidates, setting the stage for a heated and intense election campaign in the coming months.

What is Project 2025?
The 2025 Presidential Transition Project, or Project 2025, is a conservative initiative spearheaded by the Heritage Foundation. 

It aims to prepare for Donald Trump's potential second term as president. The project outlines a comprehensive plan developed by over 100 conservative organisations to overhaul the federal government and consolidate executive power if Trump wins the 2024 election. 


The plan includes creating a LinkedIn-style database for individuals interested in working in the presidential administration, training programs for executive branch positions, and a forthcoming "playbook" outlining Trump's potential actions in the first 180 days of his presidency.

Harris is ready to address Project 2025 during the second debate against former President Donald Trump. Even though Trump has tried to distance himself from the comprehensive plan for a potential second term, Democrats and the Harris campaign have consistently criticised it.
